To attend an auction and bid in person it is necessary to register for a paddle by filling out and submitting a registration form.
You can register with your ID before the auction begins or during the exhibition at our office in Milan. You will receive a paddle with your personal bidding number the day of the auction.
Our team will be at your disposal for any information.
ABSENTEE & TELEPHONE
If you can not participate in person, you can complete the form for either absentee or telephone bidding and submit via fax or email at least 24 hours before the sale.
For absentee bids, Itineris Auction House will bid on your behalf against other competitors up to your pre-submitted maximum bid. The representative will always try to obtain the Lot at the lowest price, allowing for other bids and reserves.
For telephone bids, we will contact you during the sale and a representative will bid live with you over the phone. Please check the “telephone” box on the form.
Itineris Auction House offers a live online bidding option using the platform on www.arsvalue.com.
To bid online, please go to the section "Auction" on ArsValue.com and click on the blue button “Register to bid” of our catalogue. Fill out the online registration form and attach the required documents. Additionally, you can send the documents via fax or email.
You will be allowed to make online offers, when you receive a confirmation email.
On the day of the auction click on the green button “Bid now” and log in by entering your username and password.
